SUBWAY RIDERS
Springs Projects is pleased to announce the opening of Subway Riders. The exhibition was conceived around the folded NYC/MTA paper subway maps — the kind handed out at the station booths. 116 artists, writers, and filmmakers were invited to intervene on a map. Subway Riders presents the results of their work.
Opening Reception will be on October 2nd from 6-8 PM.

Anonymous Was a Woman: The First 25 Years
Book publication celebration of Anonymous Was a Woman: The First 25 Years, which documents the transformative impact of women artists on contemporary art since the founding of the titular grant.
Alexandra Schwartz, curator at the Museum of Art and Design, will lead a panel of women artists featured in the book, including Nancy Bowen (AWAW 2017), Jennifer Wen Ma (2019), and Saya Woolfalk (2023), followed by a signing.
